Supporting  Hard-working  Affiliates  Rising to  Empower

The AAUW Texas Board of Directors had developed a process to help Texas Branches with grants for various projects.

The three current grants are:

♦  Project Grant is available for any type of project.  Amounts of grants range from $100 to $1,000.   The due date for applications is October 1, 2019.

♦  NCCWSL Grant is available to help branches send college/university women to National Conference for College Women Student Leaders in Washington, D. C.   The due date for applications is January 31, 2020.

♦  Work Smart / Start Smart Grant is available to assist branches in presenting a workshop locally.  Coalitions with other organizations or nearby branches is encouraged.  The due date for applications is November 1, 2019.

General instructions: 

    1. Download the appropriate application

    2. Complete the application (This PDF file allows text to be added.)

    3. Save the application with the name of the branch, type of grant and due date. (Example:  AustinProject10012019.PDF;  WestHarrisCntyNCCWSL01312020.PDF; NETCWorksmart11012019.PDF)
